Service Description

PRODUCT INFO (please read) 4 hours of bouncing + set up & take down *AddItional hour is $25/hour Clearance needed: 10W x 12L x 10H is needed Bounce House Dimensions: 8H x 8W x 10L We only service private residences & locations. We do not offer services at parks. Approved surfaces: Grass, Turf, Tile, Hardwood, and concrete Each Kastle rental includes: -Inflatable Kastle + Blower -50ft extension cord + Tarp -30 to 60 additional mintues for set up prior to event -Kyla's Rules sign -Shoe storage -Sand Bags Age Limit: 1-13 years old (Parental Supervision Required) Bounce House can be used for a photo prop for Adults (must be approved before booking) Maximum weight capacity: 300lbs (5-8 children ) Maximum height of jumper: 5ft tall All bounce houses are secured with sand bags REQUIREMENTS Standard power outlet is needed within 50ft of set up area. If power source is over 50ft away from set up area, please let us know. The bounce house cannot be set up on gravel, mud or sand under any circumstances. For safety reason we do not set up on rainy or windy days (25 mph+) Depending on weather conditions, the bounce house setup may be required a covered/shaded area to protect the children and equipment from the sun. Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day of your event. RESERVATIONS~DEPOSITS~CANCELLATIONS Reservations. A %50 deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time. Cleaning Deposit. There will be a $100 Cleaning Deposit added to every rental. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after event only if equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from orignal setup area. Cancellations. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event. Failed to cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited. Tax will be applied to your final total and a delivery fee will be determined based on the mileage from our headquarters in North Las Vegas to your event location. If you book for 8 hours we offer free delivery up to 10 miles from our location, charges will apply if mileage is over 10 miles. After Hour Pick-Up (after 8pm, must be approved by Kyla's Kastles) before booking. Additonal fees will be applied to your rental.
